General Policy

2020WebTraffic's general policy is to act as the provider of auto surf traffic exchange system. 2020WebTraffic reserves the right to suspend or cancel a Members access to any or all services provided by 2020WebTraffic if 2020WebTraffic determines that the account has been inappropriately used.

2020WebTraffic forbids anyone from using our services to display sites that may contain anything illegal. This includes pornographic, warez, racist, abusive, or anything that may possibly offend. Also please note that absolutely No Frame Breakers, Popups, Popins, PopUnders, PopOvers, ExitExchanges, Prompt Popups, Auto Downloads, Malicious Scripts, Flyin Ads, Slide-in Ads, Paid-To-Promote sites, Hop.Clickbank sites, audio, video, youtube sites, sites with hidden I-frames, Ad Trackers, Rotators, Redirections or Forwards to a different URL than submitted (includes tinyurl, linkbrander or any other url redirect/cloaking service). No Medical Marijuana Sites or links to them. Please DO NOT submit them, they will be deleted with all credits lost!

We are an Audio Free Site. You choose as to what you like to listen to.

If users repeatedly acts against our Terms & Conditions, their accounts will be deleted.

FRAUD - If 2020WebTraffic even have the slightest suspicion that you are trying to cheat 2020WebTraffic your account will be terminated immediately!

Users are only allowed for one account. Anyone found with duplicate accounts will have all accounts deleted.

If users don't activate new accounts within 7 days, their accounts will be deleted.

Free members are allowed to have 2 sites and PRO members 5 sites with the same URL/Domain ONLY!

Members must have at least one valid site in rotation at all times with credits assigned. Sites without credits and members without active sites will be deleted.

Accounts inactive for more than 60 days will be deleted from the system.

By signing up you agree to receive emails from the site's admin from time to time. Should you no longer wish to receive messages, please use unsubscribe link on the bottom of every email message.

Payment Policies

Member agrees to pay all charges relating to the use of Members accounts according to rates and prices stated on said sales order at the time of commencement. All accounts are set up on a pre-pay basis. 2020WebTraffic reserves the right to change prices at any time. Any payments made to upgrade your account, to buy site credits, to buy banner impressions, or any other service or product we provide are non-refundable. We are not responsible for any credits or services incorrectly used.

Cancellation

All fees paid in advance of cancellation will be pro-rated and the difference returned to Member unless the cancellation was caused by Members violation of 2020WebTraffic policies. No refunds will be issued in this case.

Lawful Purpose

Members that use our system for illegal activities will have their accounts immediately cancelled without refund of any fees. This applies to paid and free accounts. Member hereby agrees to indemnify and hold harmless 2020WebTraffic for any claim resulting from the use of illegal materials.

Password Protection

Member is responsible for all use of their Member account and confidentially of their password. 2020WebTraffic will not be responsible for lost, stolen or otherwise compromised passwords.

Disclaimer

2020WebTraffic will not be responsible for any damages your business may suffer. 2020WebTraffic cannot and does not exercise any control whatsoever over the information passing through its network or through the Internet. 2020WebTraffic reserves the right to revise its policies at any time.

Member understands that 2020WebTraffic services may be interrupted for several reasons, including but not limited to: malfunctions, maintenance, improvement or other problems out of our control.

Member understands that it may not receive advance notification of any such interruption of service. Anytime we have a scheduled outage, Member will be notified in advance via e-mail. 2020WebTraffic shall not be liable for any delay in or failure to perform the services caused by circumstances entirely beyond its control such as those occasioned by acts of God or other causes or which it could not have reasonably foreseen or any other cause which similarly impedes the providing of service.

2020WebTraffic is NOT a MLM or a get-rich-quick program. We don't require you to have your own website or sell or purchase anything to use our service. We do not require you to refer anyone. We are a traffic exchange where you visit other members websites and they visit your sites. You won't get rich by using our service.

Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding of the parties. Any changes or modifications to this contract thereto are agreed to by both parties upon renewal of services.
